ORDERS

What is your current lead time?

Our current lead time on all online orders is 10 working days.

How do I know my order is being processed?

Upon placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email; please ensure all details are correct, i.e. sizes, colours etc.

Your order will then be held in our queue for 24 hours for any changes that you may have.

After the initial 24 hour grace period, your custom made order will go into production, and we will not accept any further changes.

Do you charge GST?

Yes, GST is included in the price.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All our products are custom made to order, and production begins typically the day after an order is received.

Your order will then be held in our queue for 24 hours for any changes that you may have.

After the initial 24 hour grace period, your custom made order will go into production, and we will not accept any further changes or cancellation.

When will you charge my credit card?

All products are custom made to order, and payment is required in full before production.

If the payment method you selected is a credit card, the total order amount will be charged to your card when ordering.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Online orders are preferred.

 

We will accept phone orders, but please note:

All our products are custom made to your individual specifications, so please take extra care to read your order confirmation email upon ordering.

 

If there are any mistakes or you have not received a confirmation via email, please notify us within 24 hours.

 

We will not under any circumstance be responsible for incorrect measurements, colours, specifications supplied by the customer, miscommunications or understandings whatsoever for orders placed over the phone.

We are very selective about the products we put our name to, and we set very high standards for our fabricators.

DELIVERY

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped via Road Express.

Once your order has been dispatched from our factory, you will receive an email with a tracking number and website to track your order.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Yes, upon Dispatch, you will receive an email with the freight company details & a tracking number along with a website link where you can track your order.

What Warranty do I get with my blinds?

INSTALLATION

How hard are your blinds to install?

Provided you are handy and can use a drill; you would have no problem at all; the typical Ozrite blind takes around 30 minutes to install.

It's a good idea to assess your own capabilities and scenario, and you can download our Install Guides first to see what's involved.

If you get stuck or are not an avid DIYer, a local handyman would be more than capable of doing the job for you.

 

Do you offer an installation service?

We do not offer an installation service.

We provide a cost-effective alternative for those that want to DIY and Save on our fantastic range of custom made outdoor blinds.
