Q: How Do I Know My Order Is Being Processed?
A: Ozrite - Awnings & Outdoor Blinds will automatically send you an email confirming your order with all your specifications. Your order will be held in a queue for 24 hours for any changes that you may have for no additional fee. After 24 hours no changes can be made to your order. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a 10% transaction fee. All changes & cancellations must be done via phone. (07) 3390 1538.

Q: Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
A: All our products are custom made to order and production normally begins the day after an order is placed. Your order is held in a queue for 24 hours for any changes that you may make. After this period – no changes can be made. Orders maybe cancelled within 24 hours – but a 10% transaction fee is charged. Any changes or cancellations must be done by phone (1300 559 400).
Q: When Will You Charge My Credit Card?
A: All products are custom made to order and payment is required prior to order production. If payment was made with a credit card the full amount of your order was charged to your card at the time your order was placed.

All our outdoor blinds and awnings are made to your individual measurements, colours & specifications so please take extra care to read your order confirmation email, If there are any mistakes or you have not received confirmation via email please notify us within 48 hours. We will not be held under any circumstance responsible for incorrect measurements, colours, specifications supplied by the customer, miscommunications or understandings whatsoever.

A: Our products are by far among the best in the industry. We only use the highest quality parts and hand make all our products in our Brisbane factory. We are very selective with the products we put our name to and we set very high standards for our fabricators. In addition, the guarantee and warranty we provide exceeds those offered by most named brands.
Turn Around Time:
Q: What Is Your Turn Around Time?
A: We usually allow 3 weeks to complete your order and send it, although in most cases it is less than that.
Q: How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
A: After your order is submitted it is reviewed by our customer service department and after 24 hours then sent into production. Our Custom products are usually shipped within 3 weeks. If there is a product back order that will delay your order we will let you know by email. Transit times vary depending on your location. However, once production is complete and your order shipped you can anticipate delivery within 1-6 business days (shipping times).
Q: Will I Be Able To Track My Order Online Once It Has Been Dispatched?
A: Yes, upon Dispatch you will receive an email with Freight Company Details & CON NOTE Number along with a website link where you can track your order.
Q: Do You Supply Installation Screws & Fasteners?
A: No. There are many different types of mounting surfaces into which your products could be attached, such as concrete, wood, drywall, plaster, aluminium and steel, etc. It's not feasible for us to include screws/fasteners that will work for all applications. Within the installation instructions we list the most appropriate fasteners for the various installations.
Q: Do You Provide Installation Instructions With My Order?
A: Yes, detailed Installation instructions are also included with your order.
Q: Are Pelmets supplied as standard?
A: No, Pelmets are not supplied as standard, but can purchased at an additional cost.
Q: Do Cafe Blinds come as standard with side zips?
A: No, As standard our Cafe blinds come with just bottom hold down straps, however side Zips can be ordered at an additional cost.
Q: Are pelmets supplied as standard?
A: No, Pelmets are not included as standard with your order, but can be purchased by calling the office on 1300 559 400.
Q: Do you supply the solar smart motors?
A: No, We do not offer this as an option, The motors we supply will need a 240v power source (hard wired or plugged in)
Q: Is the central release mechanism supplied as standard?
A: No, We do not offer this as an optional extra as they can prove to be quite temperamental and problematic. Standard locking clips are supplied as standard though.
Q: What is the warranty on Ziptrak?
A: All Ziptrak components are covered by a 2-year full replacement warranty, the fabric side tape is covered for 12 months.

Q: What Warranty Do I Get With My Blinds?
A: Our Outdoor Blinds & Awnings carry a 3 Year Warranty on all components and hardware.
5 Year warranty on our Sunscreen & Block Out Fabrics.
3 Year warranty on our Clear or Tinted PVC's (Please note PVC may shrink by up to 3% and may also have visible joins due to short roll widths).
Important Note: PVC may shrink by up to 3%. Please be aware of visible joins on blinds outside the limitation of the fabric width. Our PVC and Block Out Fabrics come in short rolls are may have visible joins to accommodate larger sized blinds.
Note: Warranty does not cover any damage or material failure resulting from, but not limited to:
- Normal weathering or wear and tear.
- Shrinking or stretching on clear/tinted PVC.
- Bunching on PVC or Block Out Joins and seams.
- Adverse exposure
- Accidental and/or intentional damage.
- Windblown objects.
- Damage caused by Fire, Flood, Wind, Rain, Hail or Storms.
- Salt spray or chemical pollutants.
- Structural defects.
- Negligent maintenance or misuse or abuse.
