Ozrite outdoor blinds and awnings are custom-made to your measurements and delivered Australia-wide. Choose your product, measure and order online from anywhere in Australia, with expert support along the way. No showroom visit is required.

Production and dispatch
- Outdoor blinds: allow 5–10 working days for dispatch.
- Awnings, including Folding Arm Awnings: allow 10–15 working days for dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch means your order leaves our factory; delivery time is additional.
Delivery times and tracking
After dispatch, allow an estimated 2–7 working days for delivery. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier, and remote areas may take longer. We email tracking details when your order leaves our factory.
Delivery costs
We offer free Australia-wide delivery on outdoor blinds. Oversized blinds may require a specialised long-length carrier. Any applicable oversized handling fee is clearly shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery costs for your order are shown at checkout.
Warehouse collection and showroom visits
If you are nearby, you can optionally visit Unit 2/30 Smith Street, Capalaba QLD 4157 to view samples and place an order. Showroom samples are for viewing; custom products are made after you order. You can also collect your completed order from our Capalaba warehouse at no cost. Please wait until we confirm your custom order is ready before travelling to collect it. Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Brisbane time.
