We are so confident that we'll add 4 years to the standard 1-year warranty for free when you register your product.
What's Covered
below, you'll find a simple scope of what's covered and for how long.

Free Extended Warranty
Ozrite will extend the warranty period to 5 years at no additional cost from the delivery date, provided the customer has installed the product and completed the product registration form within three months of delivery.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty is straightforward, with only a few exclusions:
- Damage caused by Fire, Flood, Wind, Rain or Hail;
- Incorrectly supplied measurements;
- Abuse, accidents and improper use;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Alterations or improper installations;
- Removal and re-installation costs;
- Overexposure to the elements;
- Natural minor fading over time;
- Negligent maintenance;
- Windblown objects;
- Stretched or scalloped fabric is caused directly by misuse, such as high winds, storms, or over-tensioning.
General Terms & Conditions
All Ozrite products are custom-made to your specifications - Changes or cancellations may not be possible after 48 hours due to our speedy production progress.
If you require any adjustments, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, as we may still be able to halt production.
This warranty is not transferable.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
The Perfect Fit Guarantee gives you peace of mind when ordering custom-made blinds.
Eligibility: The Perfect Fit Guarantee applies only to custom-made blinds and must be purchased at the same time as your order. It is not available for EZ Shade Ready-Made Blinds.
Coverage: For a fee of $79 per blind, we’ll remake your blind if you made a mistake with your measurements. The guarantee covers up to three blinds per household, with one free replacement per blind.
Limitations: If the replacement blind needs to be larger than the original, you simply pay the difference in cost. Refunds or credits are not available under this guarantee.
Delivery: All replacement blinds supplied under the Perfect Fit Guarantee include free delivery.
Claims Process: To make a claim, notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required, and we may request photos or other supporting details to confirm eligibility.
