HEADBOXES
A Headbox is an extruded aluminium enclosure designed to hide the top roller and is 140x140mm in overall dimensions.
There are two available variations:
Fully Closed - for Spring Assisted or Motorised blinds.
Semi Closed - for Gearbox Operated blinds.
Headboxes are not required, but we do recommend them for exposed motorised blinds.
The Cast End Plates replace the standard mounting brackets and can be installed in both 'Reveal' & 'Face Fit' applications.
Available in our standard colour range or custom powder-coat.
Compatible Products: Any Ozrite Outdoor Blind.

CRANK HANDLE
Crank Handles are used wind a Gearbox Operated blind up and down; It simply hooks into the loop on the end of the gearboxes shaft and is turned to move the blind.
Only one handle is required per area as they are removable and can operate multiple blinds.
The length is determined by measuring from the top of the blind to somewhere between shoulder and waist height for optimal use.

PULL STICK
Use a Pull Stick to reach the base rail on an out of reach Spring Assisted blind; simply hook and pull.
1200mm in length as standard.
WEATHERSEAL
This 20mm rubber strip slots into the underside of the base rail.
Its primary purpose is to cushion the base rail from impact and close small gaps under the blind due to sloping floors.
Compatible Products: Wire Guided Straight Drop, Heavy Duty Channel & Ziplock

BACK FLASHING
Back Flashing is a cost-effective option to hide the blind from the outer side of the opening; the dimensions of this aluminium angle are 50x125mm.
This option is available in our Standard Colour Range.
