Ozrite Return Policy
At Ozrite, we take pride in crafting custom-made products tailored to your specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you provide incorrect measurements or change your mind after placing an order. We strongly recommend following our detailed measuring guides or contacting our helpful staff to ensure a perfect fit before finalising your orders.
Exceptions:
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:
- Is faulty or has a major defect.
- Does not match the description or specifications provided at the time of purchase.
- Is unfit for its intended purpose.
If you believe your product meets any of these criteria, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and, if valid, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Important Notes:
- Ensure all measurements are accurate and double-checked before submitting your order.
- Custom-made products cannot be resold; thus, returns for reasons other than those stated above cannot be accepted.
- This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
